The Point and Quality Hotel

Malmö, Sweden

Hotel in 16 floors and and office ("The Point") in 29 floors.
The entire complex consists of SWT composite beams and columns. Long, slanting facades and changes in column angles in all 4 corners of The Point are noteworthy challenges that was solved, as well as very large column loads.

Gefle Tullhus

Gävle, Sweden

SWT designed and delivered composite and steel beams and columns for the entire frame, low part in 4 floors + a steel roof structure, and high part in 11 floors.

Glasvasen

Malmö, Sweden

Office in Malmö, Sweden. The entire frame is SWT composite beams and columns.
Special construction with large cantilever constructions on the side of the SWT beams ("baljas") to allow the flowing facade shape.

WTC Kajutan 1

Malmö, Sweden

Office in Malmö. The entire frame is SWT composite beams and columns, delivered during 2018.
Long cantilever beams in 3 directions, extending 2,5m out from the leaning columns around the entrance.

The Edge

Malmö, Sweden

Triangular building, shaped like a sharp edge. SWT-beams and SWT-columns make up the frame, complete with massive, circular wind braces on the two long facades, with massive dimensions of Ø400x16mm and forces around 10 000 kN.

Copenhagen, Denmark

Iconic building in Copenhagen.

Prisma

Helsingborg, Sweden

Office in the harbor in Helsingborg, Sweden. The entire frame consists of SWT composite beams and columns.
The project has an outward leaning facade, with slanted SWT columns, that change angle on different floors. Complex 3D design and manufacturing was used to successfully solve the project.

P-garage "Anna"

Malmö, Sweden

IKEA

Borlänge, Uppsala, Uddevalla, Älmhult...

We've delivered many IKEA over the years, around 10 in total. This one pictured is in Borlänge, 5 min walking distance from our factory. The delivery consisted of SWT-beams for the second floor plus all other conventional steel in the building.

Kaktustårnene

Copenhagen, Denmark

2 round towers with SWT-beams in a spoke-pattern, and 3 large floors in between, with the top floor slanting at an angle and carrying a green terrace for recreational areas.
